Baby Data: All activity logs, growth measurements, photos, and notes you enter into Kuddle. This is your data—we're just storing it for you.
Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data (which features you use, how often) to improve the app. This is anonymized and can't be traced back to you.
Payment Information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve Kuddle's features
- To generate personalized AI insights about your baby's patterns
- To sync data across your devices and with your partner
- To send important service updates (you can opt out of marketing emails)
- To provide customer support when you contact us
Data Security
Your baby's data is encrypted both in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256). Our servers are hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
We implement industry-standard security practices including regular security audits, secure password hashing (bcrypt), and role-based access controls.
Data Sharing
We never sell your data. Period. Your baby's information will never be sold to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.
We only share data with:
- Your partner (when you explicitly grant access)
- Service providers necessary to run Kuddle (hosting, email, analytics)—all under strict data protection agreements
- Law enforcement, if legally required (we'll notify you unless prohibited by law)

- Access: Request a copy of all your data
- Portability: Export your data in JSON, CSV, or PDF format
- Correction: Edit or update any information
- Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data

Children's Privacy
Kuddle is designed for parents to track their baby's activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The app is intended for use by parents and caregivers only.
